Serra de São Antonio, Portugal
This project is a country house of 350m2 near Fatima in the Serra de São Antonio in Portugal. The color palette was dictated by the beautiful landscape surrounding the house, composed with olive trees and natural stones. The connection between the interior and the exterior is a key element in Maison Amarande design work.
Beige, various shades of green and natural wood are inviting to calmness and peace. The bathrooms were played with plain color rectangular tiles in the bathrooms mixed with wood and stone counter top and basin. It is in these bathrooms that we can find a semi-recessed Arc41 washbasin. The soft and architectural shape of Arc together with the natural wood of the furniture and the warm colours of the tiles create a composition that is in keeping with the concepts of calm and naturalness of this project.
