Two platforms that levitate above the sea and free up internal spaces to link them with their immediate surroundings.
The refurbishment of this dwelling begins by de-massifying a compact volume to transform it into a lightweight one, into a vantage point overlooking the Mediterranean sea, as if it were the deck of a boat. Annexed volumes are attached to the horizontal ones, completing the programme and materialising through wooden slats. The main structure remains visible, recalling what was there, and with the same essence, it is transformed to adapt to the new users.
