Maison Amarande restores this 4-storey 19th century house into a contemporary style dwelling articulated around a minimal central staircase of stone and wood. The use of warm and natural materials such as the stunning marble pieces for the kitchen splashback, a beautiful natural oak wood floor with chevron pattern results in a very elegant space. The house has been completely furnished with new pieces from exclusive design companies and has been completed with some artwork commissioned through close collaboration with international artists. The house has large windows on 3 sides and is very well insulated from the outside with refined wooden Venetian blinds that contribute to create a soft and peaceful atmosphere. The overall colour palette of neutral beige-grey tones is splashed with a few touches of colour.
